When you are making welded tubes for a variety of applications‚ the quality of the seam welding wheel is critical. Not all weld wheels are made alike.

With a hardness of Rockwell B 75‚ Weldaloy wheels are TRUE cold-worked wheels‚ and last twice as long as wheels having only a hardness of Rockwell B 65. While the softer weld wheels may initially appear less expensive‚ their more frequent downtime can cost the user many times the difference in the wheel prices.
