Our strength and core competence over the last 5 decades has been in working with a variety of non-ferrous materials, mainly copper alloys.
Due to customer demand and a natural progression, our expertise and capabilities have expanded and we are now stocking more raw materials in various aluminum alloys. They include:

T-6 - Solution Heat Treated and then artificially aged
T-652 - Solution Heat Treated, cold worked then artificially aged
T 73 - Solution Heat Treated and stabilized- applies to products which are stabilized after solution heat treatment to carry them beyond the point of maximum strength to provide control of some special characterisitics
T 7352 - Solution Heat Treated and stabilized, then stress relieved via compression
T 852 - Solution Heat-Treated, cold-worked with 1-5% reduction, and then artificially aged
T 4 - Solution Heat Treated and naturally aged to a substantially stable condition
Our engineers can work with you to spec out the mechanical properties to meet your needs for aluminum part requirements. Our custom "Forging Simulation Software" is used to complement our customers' demands for more complex material processes reducing development time and cost - both tremendous benefits for you.
"Open Die" forging for aluminum offers the same great advantages as that of copper and with the addition of our new 2000 ton press our capabilities have been enhanced:
Our Aluminum products have found a home in the Semiconductor Industry as well as the Cryogenics Industry as housings for low pressure product pumps, loading pumps and send-out pumps.
Our Open Die Forging capabilities include:
*max sizes subject to change based upon overall configuration
