In addition to the great variety of processing techniques for your non–ferrous material needs‚ we are machining specialists for copper and aluminum applications. Weldaloy has over 20 turning and machining centers‚ the majority of which are CNC operated.

Copper alloys have an inherently low machinability rating (typically 20% as compared to free–cutting brass at 100%) which can cause difficulty in producing parts. With over six decades in the copper machining business‚ Weldaloy has developed the expertise to machine non–ferrous materials in our shop. We know the best way to handle and machine copper and aluminum alloys.

Our size ranges include:

• Turning up to 72 ¨ in diameter
• Milling up to 30¨ x 67¨.

We can provide rough machining with stock allowance for your final machining operation or we can machine your final products with precise tolerances to meet your drawing requirements.

We can accommodate you with any Non–Disclosure Agreements that may be necessary.
