Making your parts the correct size is just the beginning. Your products may also require particular grain size or structure‚ hardness‚ conductivity‚ mechanical properties‚ or other requirements. The absence of raw material defects may also be important in the industries you serve.

Along with our two coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and full range of dimensional inspection equipment‚ we can also provide testing for chemical composition‚ mechanical properties (tensile–yield–elongation)‚ grain size‚ hardness‚ and conductivity. We can also provide non–destructive test (NDT) services such as dye penetrant‚ ultrasonic‚ and radiographic testing.
